JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager

Description:

Rymax Marketing is an aggressively growing marketing and incentive company in Northern New Jersey catering to a Fortune 500 client base seeks a driven Marketing Manager to work within its' fast paced, energetic environment. This individual will help to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet corporate and client objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-service internal Marketing team including marketing coordinators, public relation/media relations coordinators, copy writers, and graphic designers to meet organizational needs.
  • Devise and develop corporate marketing strategies to support corporate goals and initiatives, communication strategies (including web, blog, print advertising, brochures, catalogs, etc..), product/service development, client needs and trade initiatives.
  • Devising techniques to improve overall performance of the department 
  • Research and monitoring marketing trends and planning accordingly
  • Client support (i.e RFP, RFI, program development, account management etc.) to support sales division

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree 

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years previous experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
  • PR agency experience a strong plus! 
  • Technical and creative copywriting 
  • Media Relations experience 
  • Must have experience with the application and use of current social media tools, technologies and influences

We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Supervisor to join our company. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications for our company.

  • Recognizing newsworthy issues to offer communications counsel, drafting articles and announcements, etc.

  • Detailed product and technical copywriting for catalogs and websites, as well as using AP Style guidelines for editing the writing of the rest of the group

Rymax sells name brand and luxury merchandise to the reseller community in conjunction with their reward and incentive solutions. We are looking to expand our National Reseller Sales Team.

We are seeking high-energy, self-motivated individuals for a unique sales management and leadership opportunities with an unlimited upside. Proven ability to sell merchandise within the incentive and promotion industry and experience with consumer electronics preferred.   • Identify new business & growth opportunities
  • Develop and build strong account relationships

Qualifications:  

The candidate should have prior and successful selling experience in the Premium and Incentive Channel. Candidate must be self motivated and possess excellent follow-up and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills also required. Candidate will be required to travel extensively. Depending upon the location, candidate may maintain a home office equipped with company computer and files.
